Description
Blend: 86% Cabernet Sauvignon, 14% Petit Verdot
Winemaking: Hand-harvested, then gently destemmed, the must was cold-soaked for 48 hours prior to 15 days of maceration on skins. The wine was bottled after ageing for 20 months in small French oak barrels, 65% of which were new.
