Our Vineyard

Our Mueller Family Vineyards Diamond Mountain Cabernet Sauvignon is sourced exclusively from our estate vineyard. The 1.4 acre site is divided into five distinct hillside blocks. Each one is named for someone we love: Angela, Nicolette, Claire, Frank, and Cora. The vineyard has excellent sun exposure during the day, and the Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot vines are cooled by the valley fog in the evenings.

The soil throughout is Hambright Series, with a surface layer of gravelly loam over rocky, cobbled clay-loam subsoil. This terroir gives us perfect conditions for growing red Bordeaux varietals like Cabernet Sauvignon and Petit Verdot.
