Shipping Policy - We’re a small family-owned company and there are only 2 of us to see that your wine is shipped. Wine will be shipped after payment is assured. Our shipping company is DDC Shipping. DDC Shipping, LLC., 759 Technology Way, Napa, CA 94558, 707-255-8693 They recommend that wines only be shipped only during cooler weather, early in the week (Monday through Wednesday) so it arrives by Friday. Wine should be shipped only to a business address where it can be received and signed for by an adult.
Return Policy - We take great pride in our wine and your satisfaction is essential to our business. In general, it is illegal to return wine. If the wine is damaged in shipment, please contact the shipper. If you feel that the wine is faulty in some way please contact us so we can discuss a solution. Because we cannot vouch for the conditions under which the wine is stored, we would prefer to deal with complaints within 1 week of delivery.
