Tasting Notes: Our 2008 Cabernet Sauvignon is deep, dark opaque red, with romas of black cherry and cassis mingle with nuances of juniper and cedar. The abundant tannins are ripe and very fine-grained and still require a little time to soften. Vibrant, well-integrated acid highlights the fruit. The finish is long and complex with juicy fruit, spice and dark, smoky minerals.

Tasting Notes: Our 2007 Cabernet Sauvignon is elegant and complex in style; a full bodied, lightly oaky, medium rich Cabernet, which is very long on the palate, and finishes with a flourish of aromas and flavors reminiscent of black cherry, violet, cassis, cedar, and spicy oak. It will drink well over the next five to ten years.
